King County Wastewater Treatment Division and the Nature Consortium invite the community to participate in creating art for the project construction fence. Artist/facilitator for the Nature Consortium: Kathleen McHugh. The project consists of six panels by Kathleen McHugh, three artist & community panels, and three panels by artists living in the community.
